~ Sourcing and booking all styling vendors (eg. florists, furniture, tableware, ect)

~ Creating layout of ceremony and reception areas

~ Creating setup schedules, including bump in and out for vendors

~ Set up of all styling areas, flowers, arbour, furniture, table settings, ect

~ Communication and point of contact with all styling vendors

~ Meeting approx 6 weeks prior to the wedding/event to finalise all details

~ Communication with couple as desired
