-Consult to discuss styling details

-Sourcing and booking all styling vendors (eg. florists, furniture, tableware, etc)

-Creation of detailed wedding/event itinerary and floor plan for yourself and vendors

-Creating layout of ceremony and reception areas

-Creating setup schedules, including bump in and out times for vendors

-Set up of all styling areas, flowers, arbour, furniture, table settings, etc

-Communication and point of contact with all vendors

- Meeting approx 6 weeks prior to the wedding/event to finalise all details

-Communication with couple as desired

-On the day management and coordination of all suppliers (approx 8-10 hours)

-On the day management of wedding/event itinerary to ensure everything runs smoothly
